The Mapping
For who:
— I want a genuinely healthier lifestyle: more energy, a few kilos lighter, and a body built to age well with enjoyable preventive actions
— I'm already walking through something real (chronic illness, autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, hormonal imbalance, chronic pain, digestive issues, anxiety or depressive states, disordered eating, fatigue, overweight..) and I want a lifestyle that actually supports my body along with my treatment and prevents further damages.
One session to find out your body's logic and what it needs.
Not everyone runs on the same fuel. Some people thrive on a lot of water, others feel worse flooding a weak digestion. Ginger heats one system back to life and irritates another. The same birth control regulates one person and derails another's mood and cycle for months. A rhythm that regulates your friend's sleep might wreck yours.
The Mapping is where I read that logic. We go through your constitution, your current state, your patterns (sleep, digestion, stress load, hormones, history..) If you have blood work, bring it. No guessing, no generic protocol, no 23-step routine to perform.
What you leave with
A written read of what's actually driving your current state, and where the leverage is; the few things that, if you shifted them, would change the rest. Simple routine, rhythm, nutrition, herbs and plants when needed. And a knowledge of what's good for you in general.
Why this works
Yoga and Ayurveda come from the same root: Vedic science, thousands of years built around one idea: the body is one whole, not separate parts to treat one at a time. You digest the way you breathe. You sleep the way you think. Nothing in the body runs alone, and no two bodies are built the same: ginger is a superfood for one system, poison for another. That idea now has a name in modern research too: ayurgenomics, a growing field studying how Ayurvedic constitution maps onto genetic and biological markers. It's early-stage, but it's already lending scientific weight to what this tradition has worked from all along.
Where it goes from here
Standalone, if this is all you need right now. Or the opening session of The 6-Week Protocol, if you want it built into a lasting lifestyle with ongoing support (in which case The Mapping is credited toward it)
